Deliveries to Austria

The following different rules govern deliveries made to Austria.

Delivery times

We generally deliver your myToys.com order to Austria in approx. 4-8 working days.
The delivery is made by our logistics service provider DHL.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs for a delivery to Austria are € 5.95.

Value added tax and quoted prices

Austrian value added tax is charged on consignments sent to Austria. The quoted prices are gross prices incl. Austrian VAT.

Payment options

You can pay for your orders by credit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard/Eurocard and American Express.

Return

We request that our customers from Austria post their returns to our post box in Linz using the national post. In the order overview section of "My Account", you can print out a returns label for your parcel. If you use this label on your parcel, your return will be posted for free.

Once your returns have reached our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email informing you of the items that will be credited to your customer account.

If you requested a refund and the goods have already been paid for, we will transfer the amount to the bank account supplied on the return form. For orders paid with by credit card, the credit will be refunded to your credit card account.
