Deliveries to the EU
The following different rules govern deliveries made to other EU countries of delivery.
Payment options
You can pay for your orders by credit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard/Eurocard and American Express.
Value added tax and quoted prices
The value added tax level of the respective country applies to deliveries to Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Romania, Hungary, Slovenia and Slovakia. German value added tax is charged on consignments sent to the other countries of delivery in the EU.
The local tax rates are:
Belgium: full tax rate 21%, reduced tax rate 6 %
Bulgaria: reduced and full tax rate 20 %
Czech Republic: full tax rate 20 %, reduced tax rate 10 %
Denmark: reduced and full tax rate 25 %
Estonia: full tax rate 20%, reduced tax rate 9 %
Finland: full tax rate 22 %, reduced tax rate 8 %
Greece: full tax rate 21 %, reduced tax rate 5 %
Italy: full tax rate 20 %, reduced tax rate 10 %
Latvia: full tax rate 21 %, reduced tax rate 10 %
Netherlands: full tax rate 19 %, reduced tax rate 6 %
Spain: full tax rate 18 %, reduced tax rate 4 %
Sweden: full tax rate 25 %, reduced tax rate 6 %
Romania: full tax rate 24%, reduced tax rate 9%
Hungary: full tax rate 25%, reduced tax rate 18%
Slovenia: full tax rate 20%, reduced tax rate 8,5%
Slovakia: full tax rate 19%, reduced tax rate 10%
Returns
UK, Belgium, Spain, the Netherlands, Romania, Finland, Slovenia, Estonia:
Please return your parcel using the national post. In the order overview section of "My Account", you can create and print out a returns label for your parcel. If you use this label on your parcel, your return will be posted for free.
Once your returns have reached our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email informing you of the items that will be credited to your customer account.
For orders paid with by credit card, the credit will be refunded to your credit card account.
Other EU countries:
We request that our international customers post their returns to our return address in Germany using the national post. Please do not use a courier service (e.g. UPS or FedEx), or we will be unable to refund the cost of your return in this case. Once you have posted your returns to us, please send us a copy of the postage receipt via fax (+49-30726 201444) or email (service@mytoys.com) along with your international bank details, and we will reimburse you for these costs as soon as possible.
Once your returns have reached our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email informing you of the items that will be credited to your customer account.
