Have you received a promotional code for a free article from us? Here's how you redeem it:

• Place the articles you want in your basket
• Go to "Checkout"
• Log in or register as a new customer
• On the "Overview" page click on "Voucher/discount/free articles"
• Then enter the promotional code for the free article and click "Redeem"
• On the "Overview" page you will then see your purchases including the free article
• Submit your order - that's it!

Please consult the terms and conditions of redemption for the free article for details of the period of validity and minimum order value as well as the available quantity and further terms and conditions.

Only one free article may be ordered per household and per order. Vouchers, discounts and free articles cannot be combined with one another.

Please note that it is not possible to send a free article at a later date - the free article must be in your basket before you complete the order process.
