My Account
Under "My Account" you can change your personal details, view the status of your orders or arrange return consignments at any time.
Log-in
You can access your personal section at myToys.com by entering your e-mail address and password. You must have registered with us first before you can do this. You also log in if you want to place orders - this means that you do not have to enter all of your details each time you want to order something. You get to the log-in page by clicking on "My Account" on the homepage.
Forgotten password?
If you have forgotten your password, first click on "My Account" on the homepage. You will see the log-in page and then you click on "Forgotten password?". You will find this link under the boxes for entering your e-mail address and password. Enter the e-mail address under which you are registered with myToys.com, then click on "Next". We will send a new password to your personal e-mail address. You can log into the "My Account" section with this password and then choose a new personal password.
Retrieve order status
You can display the status of your orders in the "My Account" section under "Order Overview/Returns". You can obtain detailed information about an order by clicking on "Detailed view of this order". You will be shown the articles ordered, the invoice address, delivery address and the payment method.
Consignment information
You can find out information here directly about the status of your consignment with the Hermes mail-order company. With the relevant order, click under "Order Overview/Returns" on the button "Consignment information".
Return collection
In the "My Account" section under "Order Overview/Returns", first select the relevant order by clicking on
"Detailed view of this order". Then click on "Return order for this consignment" and enter the number of
articles and your preferred collection date.
By clicking on "Submit return order", you send off your return order.
In the case of deliveries which were not made using the Hermes mail-order service, please contact us so that we can arrange for your goods to be collected.
Cancellation
You can ask us to cancel your order provided that the processing status is not too far advanced. To do this, in the "My Account" section under "Order Overview/Returns" first select the relevant order by clicking on "Detailed view of this order". Then click on "Request cancellation". You will receive an e-mail confirming your cancellation.
Change personal details and password
Under "Customer details" you can change your invoice address and delivery address as well as your password. Then click on "Change".
Under "Address Book" you can set up and manage different delivery addresses.
Newsletter
Under "Newsletter Profile" you can subscribe to our newsletter, set your personal newsletter profile or unsubscribe from the newsletter.
Wishlist
Is your child about to have a birthday or would you like to compile a gift list as parents-to-be? Then the myToys.com wishlist
is perfect for you. With our service you can give your friends, acquaintances or relatives a hand when it comes to choosing a gift.
All you need to do is compile your own personal wishlist and send it to everyone who wants to buy a gift for you or your child.
To ensure that you don't end up getting the same gift twice, it is indicated once one of the gifts you want has been bought. You
as the wishlist administrator can also view who has bought what.
Under "Wishlist" under "My Account" you can create, edit and delete wishlists.
