Product Search
On the homepage you will find various options for finding the product you want. These include searching with keywords or using our myToys.com Gift Finder under the "Gift Ideas" tab. The Gift Finder is especially useful, for example, if you are looking for an article for a 4-year-old boy costing between €10.00 and €20.00. In addition, you can also search within specific categories such as toy brands, the age of the child or the type of toy you are after. You will find these options in the individual subsections such as "Baby" or "Toys" on the left-hand side of the homepage.

Product selection
Once you have found a product you like, you can place it in your virtual shopping basket by clicking "Add to Basket". The availability of the article will be checked online and displayed to you. You can then either continue shopping ("Continue shopping") or submit your order ("Continue to Checkout").
If you want to order more than one of any article, please change the quantity on the basket overview screen ("My Basket"). Once you have all of the articles you want in your basket, simply click on "Continue to Checkout". Otherwise click on "Continue shopping".

Your registration
If you are not yet registered as a customer, please click on the log-in page on "Register" and then enter your details. The mandatory fields are marked with an *. If these are not completed, it is not possible to continue with the order process. When you enter your password, please bear in mind that it is case-sensitive.
If your order is to be delivered to a different delivery address, you can specify this later on under "Delivery address". Once you have filled in all fields, please click on "Next".

If you are already registered as a customer, please enter your e-mail address and your password on the log-in page. You will then go directly to the "Overview" screen.

If you have forgotten your password, please click on "Forgotten password?". A new password will then be sent to you by e-mail within just a few minutes.

Payment method
Here you can choose how you would like to pay. Please note that the choice of payment options may be restricted. Please enter all the details required if you wish to pay by credit card or direct debit. Then click on "Next".

Shipping method
Here you have a choice between normal shipment and express shipment. The choice of shipping method may be restricted.

Gift service
If you would like to receive articles wrapped in gift wrap, you can select this option during the order process under "Gift service" for a cost of just € 1.99 per article. Select the gift wrap you want and then click on the "Next" button.
Unfortunately, bulky articles and articles to be sent by express delivery cannot be wrapped in gift wrap.
You can also have a free greeting card enclosed with your order. You can enter the greeting text you would like during the order process under "Gift service".

Discount/voucher
Under "Voucher/discount/free articles" you can enter your voucher or discount code. Please note that we cannot credit vouchers and discounts at a later date and it is imperative that a voucher be redeemed here. After entering the code number and clicking on the button, the voucher discount will be shown on the order overview.

Final review of your order
On the "Overview" page you will find the details of your order before you complete the order process. Please carefully check all of your order details.
You can still amend your order at this point. To do this, please click on the relevant link in the respective subsection. If you want to submit your order, please place a tick in the box to acknowledge our T&Cs and then please click on the "Submit order" button. Your order is now being processed. After you have successfully completed the order process, this is confirmed to you. If on this page you click on "Log off", the browser is closed.

Acknowledgement of receipt
About an hour after you submit your order, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail detailing the products you have ordered, the invoice address and the delivery address. If we have any questions regarding your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
As soon as your goods leave our warehouse, we will also send you confirmation of dispatch by e-mail.
