Recommendation To Friends
1. Who is eligible to take part in the myToys tell a friend scheme?
All people who have registered as a customer with myToys.com and have already placed an order with myToys.com and whose order(s)
have been processed by myToys.com and paid for in full by the customer are eligible to take part. Returned orders cannot
unfortunately be included in this.
2. Who can I tell?
All people who are not yet registered as a customer with myToys.com can be told as a friend. Furthermore, only those people who
have not yet been nominated by other myToys.com customers can be told as friends. Please only tell those people who you know might
be interested in myToys.com's products and who would not consider the sending of the tell-a-friend e-mail as a nuisance.
Please note: You yourself and people who live in your household cannot be nominated. Furthermore, people who are already registered
as customers with myToys cannot be nominated. Unfortunately, we cannot subsequently include purchases which have already been made
as a recommendation as part of the tell a friend scheme.
3. What does the recruited person receive?
The tell a friend scheme is a way that you can invite your friends to learn more about myToys.com. Every person who you suggest
for the tell a friend scheme is therefore sent an e-mail containing a voucher code worth € 5.00 which can be used for their
first purchase with myToys.com.
This voucher can be redeemed with a minimum order of € 25.00 or more. The voucher can be used online as soon as it is received and is valid for 12 months from the date on which it is sent. We credit the voucher directly against a purchase you make with myToys.com. To do this, the voucher number must be entered during the order process. A cash payment or credit at a later date are not possible. Only one voucher may be credited per household and order, and a voucher cannot be combined with a discount or free article. Vouchers cannot be credited to books and gift vouchers.
4. What do you receive as the proposer?
You are entered into our monthly competition and with a little luck you can win one of three myToys.com vouchers worth € 100.00.
5. Data security:
By taking part in this scheme, you agree that your name and your e-mail address and the name and e-mail address of the person(s)
you are seeking to recruit can be used and stored for the myToys tell a friend scheme. The persons you have proposed will not
receive any unwanted promotional e-mails from myToys.com. No information is passed on to third parties. The winner of the myToys.com
voucher will be notified by e-mail and their name and the place where they live will be mentioned on our website.
6. Changes to the conditions of entry or termination of the scheme
We reserve the right to change the conditions of entry at any time or to terminate the scheme.
