The following different rules govern deliveries made to the United States.
Delivery times
We generally deliver your myToys.com order to the United States in approx. 10 to 25 working days. The delivery is made by our logistics service provider DHL.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs for a delivery to the United States are € 21.00.
Value added tax and quoted prices
Sales tax is charged on consignments sent to delivery addresses in the United States. The sales tax rate depends on the state your order is shipped to.
For our U.S. customers, the prices on the website are equivalent to the net prices, which means that federal taxes and customs will also need to be added where applicable. German value added tax is not deducted from the quoted prices.
Only the net order value will be detailed on your invoice, the amount of sales tax is not detailed on it. It is collected on delivery.
Customs
Customs clearance fees are levied on imports and charged to the customer. myToys.com has no influence over these fees and is sadly unable to state exactly how high they will be in advance. The customs charge depends on the country of origin, the value and the classification of the article.
Payment options
Payment may essentially be prepayment.
Return
We request that our U.S. customers post their returns to our return address in Germany using the national post. Please do not use a courier service (e.g. UPS or FedEx), or we will be unable to refund the cost of your return in this case. Once you have posted your returns to us, please send us a copy of the postage receipt via fax (+49-30726 201444) or email (service@mytoys.com) along with your international bank details, and we will reimburse you for these costs as soon as possible. Please do not forget to enclose the returns voucher in the shipment.
Once your returns have reached our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email informing you of the items that will be credited to your customer account.
